I am a passionate advocate for women.
I believe that we are inherently capable of bringing about change, mending differences, cultivating respect, and forging a kind and just society.
As the editor-in-chief of Woman's Day, the top-selling monthly magazine on US newsstands with a print and online audience of more than 20 million women, I focused on educating and empowering women by helping them live their values and take charge of their lives. To focus on their health. To be of service to others, both in their immediate circle and in their communities. To create meaningful connections. To be financially confident. And to inspire the women around them to do the same.
I accomplished this by calling on my storytelling abilities and deep roots in service journalism, and seeking to engage women on emotional and actionable levels. I resonate with their values, understand their challenges and needs, and have a pulse on what’s relevant and important in their lives.
After 32 years in media, I launched my consultancy to help purpose-driven organizations effectively communicate to American women. With my background in successfully transforming and leading mass and legacy brands, I bring deep authority, innovation, and strategic thinking to your company’s content, communications, branding, and thought leadership efforts.
